The Howlin' Wolfe 25K and 50K trail races will take place on March 27, 2027, starting and finishing at Natural Bridge State Resort Park near Slade, Kentucky. Set in the scenic Red River Gorge, both course distances guide runners across a mix of single-track trail, fire roads, and pavement. Participants will find course support with dedicated aid stations at Gray's Arch, Koomer Ridge Campground, and Auxier Ridge parking areas. Registration opens on December 8, 2026, and closes on January 16, 2027, with entry fees set at $70 for the 25K and $90 for the 50K. To preserve the trail experience, the combined field is strictly limited to 200 total runners across both events.
